Storyboard.

Mnapreet has created a storyboard which has helped us when filming, our trailer, as got a better idea of each shot.

Technology used

Communication is vital for any project to work. We used several websites and software to communicate.

We used skype to communicate at home.



We also used YouTube, to look at our similar media films.

Difficulties when editing

As I am the editor, I had some problems with the Adobe preimiere software.


I found that this message kept on coming up, which would lead me to close the programme. We then transferred the footage onto a laptop as this was convenient for me as I am the editor.

Representation of characters

Each character has a representation

We made sure Chirag wore a suit, as this made him look formal. It made him look more mean. If we was wearing just a shirt and jeans, it would'nt look as good as him wearing a suit.

My character was wearing a blue and black coat, a hat and a pink bag. The pink bag made my character look naive and innocent.

Script argument scene.

I have created a script for the argument scene, where my character confronts him.

Titles

For the titles I have improved them.




For Mystc Picture I have made the red ball darker by using the burn tool on Photoshop. I have also used a white glow instead of a red glow. I wanted the title to also look more mature, so I used a wind effect on photoshop which gave a better look anf fell to the whole title.






For Moonlit Studios, I made the moon darker by using the burn tool on photoshop. This created a dark sinister mood. I changed the glow to have less of an impact and also changed the title. I c hanged the title from glowing to having an icy effect. I thought this worked well, with the mood of our trailer.

Our Film (Editing)

I have created a table for editing for our film. I found that this would make it much easier for me when it comes to editing, I can look back at this table to help me with it.

Hard Candy (Editing)

I have created a table for analysing the editing in hard candy. I thought that this would be useful as I’m the editor and see how I can edit our trailer and find out new ideas from Hard Candy’s editing. I found that their editing had meaning as well as visually looking professional.

I have made a 3 way table showing all 3 all of the film, Hard Candy, Scream 2, and our film. Having them in a 3 way table makes it easier to compare with each other.
